FieldStrong doesn't sit on a pile of stock. Every shirt is made when you order it — printed, cut, and built to spec before it leaves the facility. That's how you get a garment that holds up, not a warehouse remnant that sat in a box for eight months.
It takes a little longer than a box-store click-and-ship. You're getting something built, not just picked. Here's what to expect.
02 — Delivery Times
Production + Shipping.

The table below shows total estimated time from when you order to when it hits your door. Production time applies to every order. Shipping time starts after production is complete.

Hunting and fishing trips coming up? Order with enough lead time. If you're heading out before a season opener or a scheduled trip, account for the full production + shipping window. We build to order — we can't rush production once it's started.
03 — America 250
Before July 4th.
Before It's Gone.
250 years of freedom. There's one date that matters this year, and the shipping window is real.
Order by June 15 to guarantee July 4th delivery. That's the cutoff based on the full production + USPS transit window for the contiguous US. Orders placed after June 15 will still ship — they just may not arrive in time for the 4th.
If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory, order by June 10 to be safe.
No last-minute fixes here. Once production starts, we can't cancel or modify an order. Place it right the first time — check your size, check your address, check your variant. The size guide is on every product page.
04 — Tracking Your Order
You'll Know
When It Ships.
The moment your order leaves the facility, you get a tracking number by email. Use it at USPS.com to follow it the rest of the way.
During production you won't see movement in the tracking — that's normal. The label generates before the package ships. Give it a full business day after your tracking email before the USPS scan catches up.
05 — Address Problems
Double-Check
Your Address.
We ship to the address you enter at checkout — exactly as you enter it. If it's wrong, that's on you, not us. USPS doesn't reroute on a hunch.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to confirm a corrected address and reship. Reshipping costs are your responsibility.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local USPS office first — they can usually locate packages flagged as delivered to the wrong box. If USPS confirms a loss, contact us and we'll work it out.

We'll Fix It.
If there's a problem with your order — wrong item, production defect, damaged in transit — contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right. No runaround.
Email us at support@getfieldstrong.com with your order number and a photo if there's a product issue. We respond within one business day.
We don't accept returns on correctly fulfilled orders — every shirt is made to order. If you need help with sizing before you buy, the size guide on each product page will get you there.
