Every FieldStrong shirt is built the moment you order it. That means no warehouse. No sitting on shelves. Made for you — cut, printed, and shipped on your order alone. Read this before you buy. We're straight with you on how this works.

Not Sitting in a Box.

When you place an order, production starts. There's no inventory to pull from. Your shirt is printed and cut specifically for you — that's how we keep quality consistent and deliver something worth wearing.

Because every order goes straight into production, we don't accept returns or exchanges on correctly fulfilled orders. That's not fine print — it's how the model works, and it's why the quality holds.

Check your size before you order. The size guide is on every product page. If you're between sizes, size up. Hunters and anglers usually prefer a relaxed field fit.

We'll Make It Right.

If there's a problem on our end — wrong item sent, a production defect, or damage in transit — we fix it. No runaround. No making you jump through hoops. That's a promise.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description of what's wrong. We'll get back to you within one business day.

We Cover This

  • Wrong item received
  • Production defect — print quality, stitching
  • Damaged in transit
  • Significant color difference from what was shown

Not Covered

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Changed your mind after ordering
  • Normal wear over time
  • Damage from improper care
  • Orders outside 30-day window

Remedy is at our discretion. Depending on the issue, we'll replace the item, reship it, or issue a store credit. The form of resolution is determined by us based on the nature of the problem.

It's In Motion.

Production begins quickly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel or change something, contact us immediately at support@getfieldstrong.com — if production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to help.

Once production has begun, we can't cancel, modify, or redirect the order. Check your size, your shipping address, and your variant before you hit confirm.

No last-minute fixes. Double-check everything at checkout. Size guide is on every product page. Address changes after production begins are not possible.

Straight Talk
on Refunds.

We don't offer refunds for correctly fulfilled orders. Every shirt is built to spec and made to order — there's no restocking it. That's the trade-off for a product made specifically for you.

When a refund is warranted — because we got something wrong — we handle it. The amount, form, and timing of any refund is determined by us on a case-by-case basis after we've reviewed the issue.

We respond to every legitimate issue. We don't respond to attempts to game the system.

Before July 4th.
Order by June 15.

Order by June 15 to guarantee July 4th delivery to the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories — order by June 10 to be safe.

We can't rush production once it's started, and we can't guarantee July 4th delivery for orders placed after the cutoff. Plan ahead. The window is real.

Production takes 2–7 business days. Shipping takes 6–9 additional business days via USPS. Total estimated delivery: 8–16 business days from order date for the contiguous US.
